Pinnacle Seating, Inc. warranties all non-moving parts to be free from material defects and workmanship to the original purchaser. For 5 years Pinnacle Seating, Inc. will replace any unaltered, non-moving metal components, which, based on Pinnacle Seating, Inc examination, proves to be defective. Certain parts may be prorated by the manufacturer.
